Almond Malai Kulfi: Try this Delicious Kulfi Recipe at Home

If you are also trying to eat something cold and tasty on a hot summer day, instead of going to the market to buy ice cream, you can make very tasty and healthy kulfi at home. This homemade kulfi can be made very easily in a short time and is also a perfect summer recipe.

Ingredients of Almond Malai Kulfi:

Almond 130 grams

Pistachios 2 fist

300ml of condensed milk

Milk 70 ml

Fresh cream 6 tablespoons

A pinch of saffron

 Step 1:

To make this tasty kulfi, first heat the water on medium flame and then add almonds and boil it for about 1 minute. Now immediately sieve the almonds and wash them after putting them in cold water. By doing this, the skin of almonds will come out easily. Peel the almonds and grind them well in the grinder.

 Step 2:

Now take another pan and heat it on medium flame as well. Add pistachios and toss and fry well. Now take out the roasted pistachios from the pan and grind them well.

 Step 3:

Now put powdered almonds, condensed milk and cream in a large bowl. Mix well and then mix milk with saffron and add to this mixture. Now again blend this mixture well and then add pistachios to it.

Step 4:

Now take a Matki or Kulfi mold and pour the prepared mixture into it. Cover with butter paper and keep it in the freezer to set. When the kulfi freezes, take it out of the freezer and serve cold kulfi.
