In such a situation, it is clear that a decision can be taken soon on a sensitive matter like Ayodhya. While hearing the case, the apex court reserved the verdict on 16 October.
CJI Ranjan Gogoi had said that at least one month is needed to write the verdict. He is scheduled to retire on November 17. In such a situation, a decision can be taken on important matters including Ayodhya any day before that. There are many important cases like Ayodhya, RTI, Sabarimala and Rafael Deal, on which the decision of the Supreme Court will be very important in terms of political and social scenario in the country.
