The court ordered to enter the house and send the accused in judicial custody in the case of assault. A sub-inspector, two male and one female soldiers arrived at Mandoli jail with the accused. The female duty officer of the jail informed that there is no Gynaecologist test of a female prisoner. So the four policemen came to GTB Hospital with the woman accused. On the complaint of the woman constable, a case was registered under section 224 (absconding with police custody) of the IPC at GTB Enclave police station.
According to police, Vimala (48) was arrested in the case of assault by entering the house in Vijay Vihar police station area of Rohini district.
