If you are thinking of bringing a little twist to your daily paranthas then Lachha Parantha can be an easy side dish recipe. You can take it with any main dish of your choice during lunch or dinner, which is liked by anyone.

Ingredients for Lacha Paratha:

250 grams flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons refined oil

1/2 cup water

 Step 1:

Combine flour and salt in a large and spread-shaped bowl. Now add water slowly and knead the dough and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

 Step 2:

After this, make a dough equal to lemon and apply oil on one side and roll it into a thin disk. Then, while turning it back and forth, make a dough once again.

Step 3:

Now apply oil on it and roll it into a medium disc shape and while rolling, make sure that you do not put too much pressure or else all the layers will mix together.

 Step 4:

After that heat the pan on medium flame and roast the parantha from both the sides by applying a little oil on all the sides. In this way prepare the paratha with all the dough

 Step 5:

Now serve it with the side dish of your choice.
