Kulhad Chai May Soon be Available at Railway Station, Airport, Bus Stand and Mall

Kulhad tea can soon be found in railway stations, airports, bus stands and malls. You can soon get to drink axed tea at the major railway stations, bus depots, airports and malls in the country. Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has written a letter to Railway Minister Piyush Goyal in this regard. At present Varanasi and Rae Bareli stations are only served with tea in an ax made of ripe soil.

Gadkari said, 'I have written a letter to Piyush Goyal to make Kulhad mandatory at 100 railway stations. I have also suggested making it mandatory at tea shops at airports and bus depots. We will also encourage malls to use kulhad.'

Gadkari said that this would give market to local potters. In addition, the damage to the environment will be reduced due to the discontinuation of glass and plastic made of glass.

Gadkari has also asked the Khadi Village Industries Commission to provide the necessary equipment for the production of kulhad on a large scale in the event of increasing demand. Commission chairman Vinay Kumar Saxena told PTI about this, "Last year, we gave 10,000 electric chalks to make potters ax. This year we have set a target to distribute 25 thousand electric chalk. 'The government is distributing electric chalk under the potter empowerment scheme.
