When you pay attention to how and what to eat, you can make better decisions. Food is an important part of daily life. However, taking the time to taste the food is a rare occurrence. For most people, busy life means eating outside the dining table, in the car, in front of the computer, around the conference table. In our society, the work of eating has often become careless rather than enjoyable. People do not see what they are eating and how they are eating.

Eating without thinking and overeating can lead to negative health consequences such as digestive problems and obesity. On the other hand, eating mindfully promotes proper digestion and can aid in nutritional absorption, promote ideal body weight and help you develop a healthy relationship with food.
