After this, Lord Parashuram requested his mother Renuka to come out of the lake. Then he said that he will now live in this lake forever, but once a year he will definitely meet Lord Parashurama. After this, the lake became known as the mother of Lord Parashuram. It is said that at the same time, the shape of Lake Renuka also fell in the shape of a woman.
