Ghee Making Tips: You must have known about extracting ghee from cream, but with the method we are telling you, all three things can be made from cream together with ghee, mawa, and curd. Do you know what to do about this?

Ghee Making From Malai: Nowadays people do not like to eat cream much. In such a situation, to use cream, women store it and later make ghee from that cream. Although people are able to make only ghee from cream. But today we are telling you such a way in which you can make ghee, mawa, and curd together with cream. This is a very simple method but women will benefit a lot from it. You can take out ghee and mawa from the cream immediately like this during festivals or suddenly when you need mawa. Later you can also freeze delicious curd from the remaining ingredients. Know what you have to do about this.

1- First of all, make a vessel in which you keep the cream every day.

2- You have to keep this cream in the freezer. If kept in the fridge, the cream starts smelling within a week. Whereas in the freezer you can keep it for 15 days.

3- Now the day you have to make ghee from cream. Take out the cream from the freezer and keep it outside for 4-5 hours.

4- When the ice in the cream melts, put 4-5 tablespoons of cream in a big jar of the mixer and stir it with some cold water.

5- Now you will see that the butter has come up completely in the Meksi.

6- Now put this butter in a pan and keep it simmered on the gas.

7- After removing the butter, keep the milk that is left from the cream and water in another vessel.

8- Keep in mind that while removing the butter from the cream, do not add too much water to the mixer.

9- Similarly you have to take out the butter from the whole cream and cook the butter on low flame.

10- Now digest the butter which is there while stirring it in the pan, till the ghee comes up.

11- Now after the ghee comes up, turn off the gas. You will see that the mawa is ready at the bottom.

12- Although you have to stir the butter continuously while making ghee, only then your mawa will be good.

13- Now, while removing the butter from the cream, warm it a little like milk.

14- Now put curd in it and keep it in a warm place to set.

15- You will see that the curd will freeze very well. You can use it for making kadhi or for any other use.
