Banana Malpua Recipe
1- First of all mash 2 cardamom bananas or any banana of small size well.
2- Now put bananas in a bowl and put 1 glass of milk in it.
3- Add half a cup of semolina to it.
4- Add half a cup of wheat flour to it
5- A little saffron and half a teaspoon of cardamom powder.
6- Half teaspoon fennel powder and half teaspoon whole fennel.
7- A pinch of salt and 3 spoons of condensed milk i.e. Milkmaid.
8- Now mix all these things well and keep this solution for 2 hours.
9- After 2 hours it will swell a little. Now mix it well.
10- Now put refined or desi ghee in a pan and pour the solution with the help of a spoon.
11- Fry the Malpua till it becomes light golden. Keep in mind that you have to keep the flame medium only.
12- Now take a cup of sugar or jaggery in a vessel and make a thin syrup by adding 2 cups of water to it.
13- Put the fried malpuas in the syrup and take them out after about 5 minutes.
14- Serve malpuas garnished with almonds and pistachios.
