Political analyst turned farmer leader Yogendra Yadav has been suspended by Kisan Morcha for a month. He is accused of reaching the house of the accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri case. Yogendra Yadav also accepted this suspension.

However, in his statement, he also made it clear in gestures that he had not done any wrong thing by visiting the house of the deceased Shubham Mishra. He justified it by citing 'sensibility' and 'humanity'. Yes, it is definitely said that they should have asked the farmers' parties before deciding to go there.

Is it so full?

So the answer is that the matter goes much further than that. Yogendra Yadav went to the house of the deceased accused of Lakhimpur violence on October 12 to express sympathy, but it took more than 10 days to get a response from this action.

If the peasant leaders were angry with him, he could have been removed immediately, but in fact, the Nihang Dal was angry with him, not the farmer leader. Nihang parties had bluntly told the peasant leaders. Either strict action should be taken against those making statements against us or we should be allowed to leave from here.

Nihang leader said – we were not invited to come here

Swarnjit Singh, Jathedar of Nihang Tarna Dal said, 'We want the farmers' movement to be successful. We are here for the safety of the farmers. We did not come ourselves, we were called. The farmers' parties know that their administration cannot do even a hair break with us. The government also knows that screwing with Nihangs will put it in a lot of trouble, but it cannot happen that Nihangs play on their lives to protect themselves and some farmer leaders will speak against them as well.

Do you mean by farmer leader Yogendra Yadav's rhetoric on Lakhbir's murder by Nihangs? He says, 'Yes, he had given a statement against the Nihangs. At the same time, we had told the peasant parties involved in the United Front that you guys should tell us whether to stay here or not! If you want to stay, then action should be taken against Yogendra Yadav.

The Nihang parties had also announced the convening of a meeting on October 27 regarding this matter. Both the Budha Dal and the Tarna Dal, the two largest parties of the Nihangs, had spoken bluntly to the farmer leaders in this meeting to decide whether to stay in the protest site or not. Meanwhile, the peasant leaders also tried hard to persuade the Nihangs, but the peasant leaders did not work in front of the insistence of the Nihangs. Eventually, action had to be taken against Yogendra Yadav.

so what happens now?

Tarna Dal Jathedar Swarnjit Singh says that Nihang leaders will hold an internal meeting today or tomorrow. We will decide among ourselves whether we want to stay here now or not. Are all Nihang leaders satisfied with such action against Yadav or not! If everyone agrees, then the meeting of October 27 will not be held. If not, then there will be a meeting.

They say that for the future also we should make it clear that our support and rhetoric against us cannot go together. We will ask the farmer leaders that there should be a meeting among all about the fact that Nihangs are part of the dharna. There should not be a dilemma among the farmer leaders regarding this.

Why do farmers need Nihangs on the Singhu border?

There are about 250 Nihangs present on the Singhu border. They have a large number of swords and daggers. Shamsher Singh, Nihang leader of Budha Dal says that poor farmer leaders are scared, anytime the government can take action against them. There may be a conspiracy to end this movement. Here violence can also be carried out under conspiracy. Hence there is a need for strict vigil and monitoring. If needed, there may also be a need to take a front from those conspiring to end this movement. We are fully prepared with weapons.

Are the farmer leaders in favor of Lakhbir's murder and then cruelty to a poultry farm man? Shamsher Singh replies, 'Nothing was told to us after both the incidents. We didn't even ask. If they did not like our method, they would question us. But no one asked anything.

What did Yogendra Yadav say?

On October 16, the second day of the brutal murder of Dalit youth Lakhbir by Nihangs, farmer leader Yogendra Yadav had said, 'Nihangs should be punished, now they should move away from the border'. The United Front did not react to this. Yogendra Yadav made this statement as a leader of the United Front. Therefore, the Nihang parties had warned the farmer leaders that if action was not taken against those who made such statements, they would vacate the border.
