On the other hand, he is very angry with his son-in-law. He had never imagined that where he is sending the beauty of his house, he will be treated like an animal. S Vismaya, studying Ayurveda, was married to S Kiran Kumar, a government employee. Vismaya's father had also given dowry according to his ability. It had an acre of land, a car, and jewelry worth 10 lakhs, but S Kiran Kumar was not happy. He felt that his price was more than this, so he got less dowry.

Vismaya's family says that her husband used to harass her for less dowry. She was fed up with the daily taunts and before ending her life, had sent her husband a flurry of messages on WhatsApp. Kerala Police says that strict action will be taken against the accused after an investigation in this case. According to the information, he used to taunt his wife for getting less dowry. Not only this, but he also used to beat his wife. Tired of daily taunts and beatings. S Vismaya felt that it is better to die than to live such a life and he embraced death. Vismaya's father said that once S Kiran Kumar had beaten him in front of his eyes, but after persuasion, he agreed. If he had known that his daughter would take such a big step, he would never have sent her.
