Corona cases are constantly increasing. Record cases are coming to Kerala every day. In view of this, a full lockdown has been imposed in the state from 8 May to 16 May. Today, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan announced that in view of the second wave of Corona, there will be a lockdown in the state from 6 am to 16 May on 8 May. People will continue to get all the necessary facilities during the lockdown.
A record 41 thousand 953 new cases of Kovid-19 have come to Kerala on Wednesday, which is the highest ever in a day. In addition, 58 people died of the corona. After this, the total number of corona infected in Kerala has increased to 13 lakh 62 thousand 363, while the total number of people who died due to this has increased to 5 thousand 565.
In Kerala, the number of active patients of Corona has increased to 3 lakh 75 thousand 658. Whereas, 23 thousand 106 people have also recovered from Kovid-19 during the last 24 hours.
Let us tell you that in the last 24 hours, more than four lakh corona cases have been registered in the country for the second time in a day. According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 412,262 new corona cases have come and 3980 infected people have lost their lives. However, 3,29,113 people have also recovered from Corona.
Earlier, on April 30, there were 401,993 new cases in the country. Around 40 percent of the cases around the world are being filed in India every day.
