The film 'Sooryavanshi', directed by Rohit Shetty, was to be released on 4 March. But it has been postponed due to the lockdown. Katrina Kaif will be seen playing an important role with Akshay Kumar in 'Sooryavanshi'.
According to reports, 'Sooryavanshi' is scheduled to release on Diwali. 'Sooryavanshi' of Dharma Productions is made under the banner of Reliance Entertainment and Cape of Good Films. It was rumored that Karan Johar's production house Dharma Production has been separated from the film.
There was a misinformation on social media that Rohit Shetty and Akshay Kumar have separated Karan Johar from 'Sooryavanshi' and returned all the money for his investment. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has tweeted that Reliance Entertainment has denied the news and said that this is not true at all.
Rohit Shetty has made Cop Universe debut in films. First 'Singham' series then 'Simba' and now 'Sooryavanshi' is the next film of the same series. In this film, you will also get to see cameos of Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh with Akshay. Katrina Kaif is in the lead role in this film along with Akshay Kumar. The film will be released in Diwali.
