Delhi stood at 13th position with an air quality index of 324.
On Tuesday, there was some decrease in the increasing pollution in the city due to fog filtering due to gusty sun and wind speed, but Lucknow remained in the severe category in the Air Quality Index (AQI). According to CPCB, on Tuesday, Lucknow was the second most polluted city in the country with 416 AQIs. Kanpur (453) came in first, while Patna (414) came in third. Lucknow’s AQI was recorded 435 on Monday. According to meteorologists, the next two days will reduce pollution levels due to increased sunlight and increased wind speed.

Scandal of the supreme court
On the other hand, North India, which was surrounded by poisonous mist for several days, got mild relief on Tuesday. Some decrease in pollution was recorded due to the strong wind, but the Supreme Court persisted on this serious problem. The apex court decided to look into the serious situation of pollution itself and summoned the Chief Secretaries, saying that the figures of age reduction due to pollution are surprising. People cannot be forced to flee. The time has come to fix the responsibility.
