Kaju katli is a famous sweet dish in North India. You can put silver work on Kaju katli, which makes it look attractive too. You can get silver work easily at any sweets shop.

 Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

200-gram Cashews

100-gram sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder

2 tsp desi ghee

  1. To make Kaju katli, firstly Put Cashews into a grinder and grind them finely. Kaju powder will be formed and take it out in a vessel.
  2. To make sugar syrup, put a pan on the gas, add sugar and water and cook it.
  3. When sugar syrup is ready, add ground Kaju powder along with cardamom and mix.
  4. Stir until the mixture is in a freezing condition.
  5. Put the mixture in a plate so that it cools down. When it cools down, make it round and spread it on a board.
  6. Lay a butter paper on the board and spread it over it and keep its layer a little thick.
  7. When this layer is completely cooled, cut it into an equal size with a square and diamond shape.
