Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda has attacked Mamata Banerjee. Nadda has described Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as having an anti-Hindu mindset. He alleged that Mamata Banerjee does appeasement and vote bank politics. JP Nadda said this while addressing the executive of Bengal BJP. He addressed party leaders and workers in a virtual meeting.
4.57 crore people of Bengal have not benefited from Ayushman Bharat scheme
JP Nadda said, ‘The champions of democracy sitting in Delhi are silent on the blood politics of Bengal. I surrendered 100 of our workers in Bengal. Will not sit silent in Bengal elections. Nadda said that Mamta didi has become a barrier between the people of Bengal and those schemes which can benefit the needy. Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, Prime Minister Modi has provided medical cover of 5 lakhs for the poor. But 4.57 crore people of Bengal have not benefited from this. It is only due to Mamta Didi.
“Mamta didi put a lockdown on the day of Bhoomi pujan”- JP Nadda
JP Nadda further said, “Bhoomi pujan of Ram temple was done on 5 August but sadly, we have to say that on the same day Mamta didi put a lockdown in West Bengal. Worked to crush the wishes of crores of people. It is a different matter that the lockdown was lifted in Bakrid on 31 July. Mamta didi obstructs the people of West Bengal to join the mainstream. The Ayushman Bharat scheme provides free treatment to the poor up to Rs 5 lakh. But Mamta Didi is keeping 4.57 crore poor people deprived of this health scheme in Bengal.
Addressing the party workers, Nadda said that at one time Bengal was developing at a rapid pace. The names of the most polluted cities in the ranking of Swachh Bharat Mission in the recent past are 8 names from Bengal. When the labor brothers were coming back to West Bengal, the Mamta government tried to stop the workers’ special trains. Mamta didi called the train Corona Express. This shows the mentality of Mamta didi that she does not love the people of Bengal.
