Jada Pinkett Smith has opened up about inclination "very self-destructive" toward the start of her the profession in Hollywood.

During Mondays' scene of 'Red Table Talk', the star's Facebook Watch arrangement, the 47-year-old discussed the "mental meltdown" she experienced when she moved her local Baltimore to Los Angeles to turn into an on-screen character.

"I had gotten to LA and gotten a certain amount of success and realized that that wasn't the answer," she revealed to her co-has, mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones and girl Willow Smith.

"[The success] wasn't what was going to make everything okay. [It] actually made this worse. 

"I was extremely suicidal, I had a complete emotional collapse."

The Matrix Reloaded entertainer conceded that, at the beginning of her profession in the big time, she attempted to comprehend her psychological wellness issues.

The mother-of-two included: 'It resembles when you simply don't have authority over feelings, your contemplations, you feel total and completely wild.

"I don't even think at that particular time I understood what I was going through."

She clarified she has since figured out how to comprehend that she was enduring a mental meltdown.

Her mom said she "completely comprehended" what her little girl was experiencing at the time.

Following the ongoing suicides of style planner Kate Spade and big name gourmet expert Anthony Bourdain, Ms. Pinkett Smith took to Instagram to offer her regards and examine her own emotional wellness issues.

"One thing I've learned in my life over the years is that mental health is something we should practice daily, not just when issues arise." 

She later added: "Mental health is a daily practice for me. It's a practice of deep self-love. May Kate and Anthony Rest In Peace. Many may not understand… but I do, and this morning I have the deepest gratitude that I pulled through."
