On Tuesday, the issue of increasing drug trafficking was raised in the state of Goa in the state Assembly. During this, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that the drugs were not detected by Lipch Machhali in the business.

During this period, the chief minister had to face some tough questions both from the ruling party and the opposition. Opposition MLA Alexeo Reginaldo, Digambar Kamat, and BJP MLA, Antonasio Monserrate, accused the police that he is not serious about that matter, then CM Sawant said that so far the big fish of this business has not been detected. He is a real supplier of drugs, he has not been able to appear before.

During the Question Hour, opposition MLA Digambar Kamat further said that so far only small people have been arrested who supply the drugs, but the big fish has not yet been detected. CM said that in the last few years, the identification rate of drugs related to drug trade has increased.

Sawant said that parents should be more responsible and ensure that their children are unable to use drugs. He said that the education department and the parents need to be serious on this issue. Every parent should be very responsible to save his child from joining in most of these.
