Nothing is going well in Afghanistan since the Taliban came to power. Now the Taliban government has removed the chief executive director of the Afghanistan Cricket Board. In his place, a member associated with the Taliban has been given the command. The Chief Executive Director of ACB was Hamid Shinwari till yet. Shinwari shared on his Facebook that the Taliban had removed the cricket chief from the post. At the same time, on the official Facebook page of Afghanistan Cricket, information has been given about the appointment of Naseebullah Haqqani, popularly known as Naseeb Khan.

The reason for removal is not clear

According to the information, Anas Haqqani, younger brother of the new Interior Minister of the Taliban government, Sirajuddin Haqqani, has removed Hamid Shinwari from the post of Chief Executive Director. However, according to Shinwari the reason for his removal has not been given, only that Naseebullah Haqqani is being replaced as chief executive director of the ACB.

Who is Naseebullah Haqqani is not clear at the moment

It is not clear that who Naseebullah Haqqani is to become the new head of the Afghanistan Cricket Board. It is also not clear whether he is a close relative or relative of Sirajuddin Haqqani. Also, Sirajuddin Haqqani is on the wanted list of ABI. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating for him in connection with several major attacks in Kabul over the past 20 years.

Australia canceled the Test against Afghanistan

Recently, the Australian Cricket Board canceled the Test match to be played against Afghanistan. Cricket Australia made the decision when the Taliban spoke out against banning women from playing in Afghanistan. The Taliban had said that it is not necessary to play cricket by woman. This year a Test match between Australia and Afghanistan was proposed.
