Indian team skipper Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been blessed with a baby girl. Virat Kohli took it to his social media accounts to announce the good news to his fans. He wrote, “We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon.
We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Love, Virat Kohli.” According to the reports, the actress was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital earlier today.

BCCI granted paternity leave to Kohli:
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli dated each other for several years before marrying in 2017. The couple had a great destination wedding with very few relatives and close friends in Italy.
In August 2020, both announced that they were expecting a baby and tweeted, “And then we were three! Arriving Jan 2021.” Let us tell you that the BCCI granted paternity leave to Virat Kohli. Meanwhile, he flew back home from Australia after playing the first match of the four-match Test series. In his absence, the team is being led by Ajinkya Rahane.
