Rankireddy and Shetty in the first game confronted an intense battle from the rivals and fixed the neck-to-neck game by 22-20.
The Chinese team made a return in the second game and guaranteed the set by 21-18.
In the last and last set, the world number-16 Indian pair bulldozed their rivals and secured the match following a 62-minutes in the long clash.
The unseeded pair were the main players left in the challenge from India.
In the semi-final match, they crushed South Korean pair by Ko Sung Hyun and Shin Baek Cheol by 22-20, 22-24, 21-9.
