The country's first corporate train Tejas got delayed for the first time in two years. On August 21, the train left Lucknow Junction on time, but it was delayed by two and a half hours while reaching Delhi. The reason for this is said to be a signal failure due to rain in Delhi and water filling in the yard.

Tejas is the first train in the country, for which refund is given to the passengers if they are late.
