NCP chief Sharad Pawar on Saturday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi amid the ongoing tussle between the Congress and the Nationalist Congress Party in Maharashtra. There was a private conversation between the two leaders for about an hour. However, the NCP has not yet disclosed the real reason for this meeting.

At the same time, before meeting the PM, the NCP chief also met Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday. NCP has said about this meeting that there was a discussion between the two leaders regarding the newly formed Cooperation Department, Maharashtra and the pace of Corona in the country, and banking reforms.

However, according to political experts, before raising the issue of Maratha reservation in the upcoming session of Parliament, the NCP was trying to put it in front of Modi, so that the Center could take some strong steps in this regard. A few days ago, the Supreme Court had canceled the Maratha reservation.

Experts also tell that the kind of remarks made by Congress State President Nana Patole about NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, Ajit Pawar, and Uddhav Thackeray, Pawar is also angry with him and wants to give a strong message to the Congress.

Pawar may also meet Sonia

After meeting the PM, the NCP chief can also meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi today. Sources say that Pawar can complain about Nana Patole to Rahul and Sonia. The NCP chief will also be in Delhi on Sunday and is scheduled to meet Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Pawar may also meet newly-appointed Leader of the House in Rajya Sabha Piyush Goyal tomorrow.

Nana Patole told Sharad Pawar to remote control

The tussle between Congress and the Nationalist Congress Party is increasing continuously. Two days ago, Congress state president Nana Patole had called Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawart. Patole had also said, "We do not comment against any big leader, one needs to see his party before making a statement about us."

After this statement of Patole, once again the discussion about Congress and NCP has started in the political corridors. However, even before this, Sharad Pawar, Nawab Malik and Sanjay Raut have rejected such discussions on Patole's statement.

Pawar had called Patole a small man

A video of Nana Patole had surfaced, in which he was seen saying that the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister are keeping an eye on me. In the same program, Patole had asked party workers to make his man minister in charge of Pune instead of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar.

On this, NCP chief Sharad Pawar had said that he does not react to the words of 'small people'. If Sonia Gandhi says anything, she will speak. However, when the controversy arose, Nana Patole came forward and said that my statement was misrepresented.
