Political stir has intensified before the cabinet reshuffle and changes in Congress. After Haryana Congress State President Kumari Selja, now Karnataka Congress State President DK Shivakumar reached Jaipur by charter plane at 1.30 pm to meet Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The frequent visit of leaders close to the Gandhi family from Gehlot has been a topic of discussion in political circles. DK Shivakumar has described the Jaipur tour as a personal journey. Talking to the media at Jaipur airport, DK Shivakumar said- I have come on a personal tour. I did not bring any message from anyone. No agenda came. Neither of Karnataka nor of Rajasthan nor of the Center brought any issue. On the other hand, Shivakumar's meeting with the CM has started.

The fourth leader of the Gandhi family came in a week

Discussions of cabinet reshuffles are going on in Rajasthan for the last several days. Meanwhile, within a week, four leaders of the Gandhi family have come to Jaipur to meet Ashok Gehlot. Last week, Congress organization general secretary KC Venugopal met Gehlot. After Venugopal, Ajay Maken met. Earlier both Venugopal and Maken had met together. On Sunday, Kumari Selja and now DK Shivakumar have come to meet. The four leaders are confidants of the Gandhi family. Frequent meetings are being linked to resolving an impasse.

Discussions in political circles

After frequent meetings of leaders close to the Gandhi family, there are many discussions in the political circles. Shivakumar may claim to come from personal work, but the experts are calling it a political meeting. No one is ready to speak firmly on this whole issue. There are two different theories going on about this. One argument is being made that Gehlot is said to disagree with the cabinet reshuffle and the formula to accommodate pilot camp MLAs. Efforts are being made to build a consensus on that. A large section of politicians does not agree with this argument. According to these leaders, Gehlot has not yet taken a stubborn stand on any decision related to the high command. So this time the matter is different.

Sachin Pilot had gone to Delhi even before Ajay Maken's consultation with the MLAs. Since then the pilot has been in Delhi only, Pilot is busy in political meetings in Delhi. On the other hand, leaders close to the high command are coming to meet Gehlot. There is also a possibility that the purpose of these meetings could be to prepare Gehlot for a bigger role.
