The administration has lifted the restrictions of the day from various areas including Srinagar on Saturday, seeing tensions slowly returning to normal life despite the tensions and threats of terrorists in Kashmir for the last 34 days. Apart from this,.the administration has also set up one Internet Cafe each with three to five computers in all 10 district headquarters of the valley  In these, merchants and students can take limited advantage of internet service by completing certain formalities between security. Landline telephone service has already been restored to the plaintiff.

Blockers removed from major roads
The administration on Saturday lifted the prohibitory orders imposed in various areas on Saturday in view of the fear of violence in the Valley. Today's prohibition was not in all areas, not just in the civil lines, but in Srinagar's down-town and in the Valley.

Blockers were also lifted from all major roads. The movement of vehicles and common people continued on the roads throughout the day. Although all major markets and business establishments remained closed, shops opened in many places in the morning and evening. The street vendors and the number of people selling goods on the wheels were also very strong throughout the day. Government offices also opened and daily administrative work was done in them.

Will be able to fill e-tender, online income tax return, GST form
Mandalayukt Kashmir Basir Ahmad Khan said that after restoring the landline service at Wadi, internet cafes have also been set up at all district headquarters for the convenience of businessmen, students, contractors and government personnel. Three to five computers have been provided. These cafes are being operated by the National Informatics Center (NIC) in each district deputy commissioner's office complex.

Internet service can be availed by completing some formalities. E-tender, online income tax return, GST form, etc. can be filled in these centers. He said that for the convenience of those traveling by plane, we have already set up a ticket counter equipped with nine terminal internet facilities at TRC.

Mobile service can be restored soon
The Mandalayukta said that the situation is constantly being reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, mobile phone service may also be restored in some parts of the Valley next week. Meanwhile, a senior police officer present in the Srinagar police control room said that the situation remained calm and controlled except for the occurrence of sporadic stone pelting.
