In the case of the death of 6 labourers in Surat, Gujarat, as a result of a poisonous gas leak, new information has surfaced. An unknown truck driver was dumping dangerous chemicals down the drain when the gas unexpectedly escaped, according to the workers on the spot of occurence. Authorities are looking through the area's surveillance cameras in the aim of identifying the unidentified truck driver. 25 people who have come under the grip of poisonous non are admitted to the hospital, out of which 8 are said to be on a ventilator.

According to media reports, on Thursday, 6 employees of Vishwa Prem Dyeing and Printing Mill in Surat died of suffocation. Six workers of the mill have died of suffocation due to leakage of poisonous gas from the tanker near Vishwa Prem Dyeing and Printing Mill located in Sachin GIDC area of Surat. While more than 25 people are in critical condition.
