Delhi Assembly Election 2020

Delhi Assembly Election 2020: Vijay Goel, Rajya Sabha member and former president of Delhi BJP, has slammed the Delhi government's plan to install street lights. He said that after five years, when Kejriwal is preparing to go to the government, he has now remembered the public.

He is talking about installing 210000 street lights, whereas the truth is that in the last five years he did not pay any attention to it.

Goyal also alleged that the installation of CCTV cameras and lights is a political gimmick to collect money in elections. He is making so many false declarations, he feels that the general public will not investigate it. That is why they are being lied to. The BJP will examine the announcements he is making before the election.

Delhi government is going to give relief to the capitalists troubled by the price of onion touching the sky. The Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi will soon provide cheaper onions to the people. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the government is buying onions. The sale of this onion is expected to begin in ten days. The price of this onion will be Rs 24 a kg. The government will sell onions through all ration shops and mobile vans. Onion is currently available in Delhi for Rs 60-70 per kg in the retail market.

BJP is raising questions

Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly, Vijender Gupta, besieged the Delhi government at the cost of onions. He said that the government has not taken any steps so far to control the price of onions in the capital. Raids against hoarders are also not being done. He has demanded the Delhi government to take effective steps to reduce onion prices. He said that the government can control the rising prices of the onion by taking three quick steps.

First by raiding against hoarders, second by pricing and third by providing onion at affordable prices to the people. He said that due to onion prices reaching Rs 70-80 per kg, the budget of the common man's house has deteriorated. The central government has started unloading onion stock in the market through NAFED and NCCF. Hence the Delhi Government should take this stock. So that it can reach the public. He has also demanded to start a government selling center to make onions available at a cheaper price.
