Before going to these States, know what Precautions may be needed due to Corona 

Every passenger coming here will be required to show the negative report of Covid-19 done within 48 hours.

The cases of corona infection are decreasing in the country, but no state wants to take any kind of hesitation. This is the reason that some rules have been made in different states for the passengers coming from other states. All the states have made the Arogya Setu App mandatory. Similarly, such passengers, who have been fully vaccinated and it has been 15 days, have been given freedom of movement.

Andaman and Nicobar Islands

There will be a thermal screening of all the travellers coming from outside states. Apart from this, every passenger coming here will be required to show the negative report of Covid-19 done within 48 hours. This will also be necessary for air travel.

However, even after this, it will be mandatory for all passengers to get a free RTPCR test done at the airport. If found positive in the test, they will be quarantined and sent to the hospital for treatment. Those who have the certificate of being fully vaccinated will be exempted from both these procedures. Passengers must also have the Arogya Setu App. Anyone who does not have a negative report of Covid-19 will be sent back on the next flight.

Andhra Pradesh

Thermal screening of those coming from outside states will be done. It will be mandatory to have Arogya Setu App on the phone of the passengers. Separate guidelines have been issued for travellers coming from abroad.

Assam

Thermal screening of those coming to Assam will be done. PCR test will be done free of cost for those travelling by air at the airport. If found positive in the test, they will be home quarantined or admitted to government and private hospitals. RTPCR test will be mandatory for all passengers landing at the airport from outside states. Everyone will be stopped there till the report comes.

However, those coming here by plane will have to compulsorily stay in quarantine for seven days. Those who come negative in the test will also definitely have to follow the Covid-19 rules to roam in the state. Passengers who have a certificate of being fully vaccinated will be exempted from the process of the RTPCR test. Relaxation has been given in this process for the people of North-Eastern states. Government officials and those travelling for health reasons are also exempted from this.

Bihar

A random RAT test will be conducted for those coming to Bihar. However, passengers coming from Mumbai, Chennai in Darbhanga will have to show a negative RTPCR report on arrival here. This report must be within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in the passenger being sent back.

Chandigarh 

A negative report of the RTPCR test is also mandatory for those coming to Chandigarh. However, there is a relaxation for children up to 10 years of age. All the passengers coming here will also have to register themselves on the Cova app of the Punjab Government.

Chhattisgarh

In Chhattisgarh, it is necessary for those coming from outside states to show the negative report of RTPCR done within 96 hours. Such passengers travelling by air, who do not have these, will have to get checked at the airport. Children below 12 years are exempted from this. Apart from this, those taking both doses of the vaccine have also been exempted from it.

Delhi 

A random sample of passengers coming to Delhi will be taken. Those travelling by air will be allowed to leave after taking samples. They will be admitted to the hospital for ten days after the test report is positive. A separate guideline has been issued for travellers coming from abroad.

Goa

Going to Goa will have to show negative report of RTPCR, True Net/ CBNAAT/ Rapid Antigen Test. This report will be valid for 72 hours. Those who do not do so will be prohibited from coming to the state. Such travellers coming here, who have received both the doses of the Covid vaccine and 15 days have passed, will be exempted from this process. It will be mandatory for those coming from Kerala to show the negative report of RTPCR done within 72 hours. Students and staff coming from outside states will have to be compulsorily quarantined for five days.

Gujarat

It will be mandatory for such passengers coming to Gujarat, who show symptoms of Kovid-19, to undergo the RTPCR test at their own cost. Those coming to Ahmedabad from Kerala, Maharashtra will be required to show the negative report of the RTPCR test done within 72 hours of RTPCR test. Those going to Surat will also be required to show this report. It will not be valid for children below 12 years of age.

Jammu and Kashmir

Passengers going to Jammu and Kashmir will be required to show a negative report of RTPCR done within 72 hours. Otherwise, the RTPCR test of the passenger will be done. Security personnel are exempted from this.

Jharkhand

RTPCR test will be done if symptoms of Covid-19 are seen in outstation travellers coming to Jharkhand. This test will be mandatory for those coming from Maharashtra, Kerala and Telangana. The passenger will be quarantined after the positive report is received. Those coming from other states will have to show their RTPCR report negative. Those coming from outside states will have to be compulsorily quarantined for seven days. Airline employees, passengers who came to the state 72 hours ago, officials coming for government work, mining workers and health service workers will be exempted from this. Those coming to Ranchi will be required to show a negative RTPCR test report done 72 hours ago.

Karnataka

In Karnataka, it will be mandatory for those coming from Kerala to show the negative report of RTPCR done within 72 hours. This rule will not apply to those coming from Maharashtra. This rule will also not apply to fully vaccinated passengers. Those students of Kerala studying here who are involved in Nursing, Para-Medical, Medical and Engineering will be required to show the negative report of RTPCR. They will have to be compulsorily quarantined for seven days. Health workers and children below two years of age will be exempted from this. Those travelling for emergency facilities will also be exempted from this. Such people who do not want to get the RTPCR test done will have to be quarantined for two weeks. Those travelling to Kannur and Calicut will also have to show the negative test report done within 72 hours. Fully vaccinated passengers will be exempted from further tests.

Ladakh

Passengers going to Ladakh will have to show the negative report of RTPCR done within 96 hours. Otherwise, they will be quarantined for seven days. If they come positive, they will be admitted to Quarantine or Hospital. Passengers who have been fully vaccinated 15 days ago will be exempted from this process. Security personnel will be exempted from this.

Madhya Pradesh

Those coming from Maharashtra in Madhya Pradesh will have to compulsorily show the negative report of the RTPCR test. This should have been done within 72 hours. RTPCR test will be done for air travellers.

Manipur

Passengers coming to Manipur will be required to show negative reports of RTPCR/TrueNat/CB-NAAT/RAT done within 72 hours. Those travelling in an emergency will be exempted from this. However, it will be necessary to give prior information on the toll-free number issued by the government. The exemption will be given to those who took both doses before 15 days.

Those travelling to Aurangabad, Shirdi, Nagpur, Mumbai, Kolhapur and Pune in Maharashtra will have to show negative RTPCR reports. The exemption will be given to those who took both the doses before 15 days. MPs, security personnel and their families were also exempted.
