A 10-year-old girl was washed away in Nagrota Bagwan of the state, whose body was found 300 meters away. At the same time, 12 cars and more than a dozen motorcycles were washed away in the tourist spot Bhagsunag. In Bihar's Muzaffarpur, roads turned into rivers due to rain. Had to sail here. Manjhi river has changed its course in Chaitru village of Dharamsala and started flowing on the road.

Uttarakhand: Gangotri National Highway Block

Landslide occurred due to torrential rains in Dabrani area of Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. Due to this the Gangotri National Highway has been blocked. The Border Roads Organization (BRO) is working to clear the debris from the highway.

Delhi: 2.5 cm of rain within one and a half hours

After a long wait, it rained in Delhi on Tuesday morning and many roads got waterlogged. According to the Meteorological Department, 2.5 cm of rain was recorded in Delhi between 7 am and 8:30 am. The underpass built in the Prahladpur area here was filled with water. People had to drag their bikes up to their knees in the water. Due to water logging in Dhaulakuan, there was heavy traffic. Waterlogging also occurred on AIIMS flyover.

Punjab: Heavy rain in many districts

Several cities of Punjab including Amritsar, Ludhiana, Pathankot and Jalandhar received rain on Tuesday. It rained heavily in Amritsar at 6 am. It rained here for about half an hour. North and Central Punjab received maximum rainfall. At the same time, it rained 56 mm in Amritsar and 4 hours in Ludhiana.
