Corona virus cases are steadily increasing in the country, although it is a matter of relief now that the cases of corona virus recovery are increasing more rapidly. But this deadly virus has also killed 1147 people in the country so far. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, till 8.40 am on Friday, May 1, the total number of corona virus cases across the country has increased to 35044 figure, while the number of people recovered from this virus has increased to 8889. During the last 12 hours, 1433 new cases of Corona virus have been reported across the country and 501 people have been cured.
So far, 1147 people have lost their lives due to the deadly corona virus, Maharashtra has the highest number of deaths i.e. 459. Apart from Maharashtra, 214 people have died in Gujarat, 137 in Madhya Pradesh, 59 in Delhi, 58 in Rajasthan, 39 in Uttar Pradesh, 33 in West Bengal, 31 in Andhra Pradesh, 27 in Tamil Nadu and 26 in Telangana.
Although 8889 people have been cured across the country after getting infected by the virus and the highest number of cured patients i.e 1773 are in Maharashtra, Maharashtra has so far reported the highest number of corona cases i.e. 10498 across the country. Apart from Maharashtra, 613 people have recovered in Gujarat and 4395 cases have been reported in the state so far. In Madhya Pradesh, 482 people have been cured and 2660 cases have been reported there, 3515 cases have been reported in Delhi and 1094 people have been cured, 2323 cases have been reported in Tamil Nadu so far and 1258 of them have been cured and in Rajasthan 836 people have been cured and 2584 cases have been reported there so far, while, so far 2230 corona virus cases have been reported in Uttar Pradesh and 418 in Bihar.
