Corona virus cases are increasing continuously in the country and the total cases have crossed 2 lakh figure now. However, with the arrival of new cases of corona virus, now the speed of recovery of people infected with corona virus in the country has also increased rapidly. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 8909 new cases of corona virus have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours i.e. from 8 am Tuesday to 8 am Wednesday and the total number of cases has reached to 2,07,615.
Corona virus cases exceed 7 million figure in 7 countries worldwide and India ranks 7th in this list. During the last 24 hours, 217 people have also died due to Corona virus in the country and the number of people who lost their lives due to this virus in the country has now increased to 5815. The highest number of deaths due to corona virus has occurred in Maharashtra and Gujarat; 2465 people have died in Maharashtra while 1092 have died in Gujarat.
However, the number of people recovering from the Corona virus in the country is also increasing rapidly and in the last 24 hours, 4776 people have been cured and now of the total 2,07,615 corona virus cases in the country, there are 1,00,302 people who have completely recovered.
