The general elections to be held in Britain today are also important because overseas Indians and Pakistanis are going to play a big role in this. There is speculation that British Hindus are going to vote for the Conservative Party this time. Overseas Indians are also against the Labor Party of India because Jeremy Corbyn made an anti-India statement on Kashmir. BJP UK President Kuldeep Singh Shekhawat said, "Most of the original inhabitants of Asia have turned to the Conservative Party this time and include Sikhs and Muslims". Political analyst Kapil Dudakia says, "Some of the Indian community have gone with the Lib Dems, but there are still many with the Tory party, the Conservative Party." He said that a lot of Hindus turned to Tory because the Labor Party had bettered Ant India. He also claims that a large number of migrant Sikhs and Muslims in Pakistan are with the Labor Party.

Dr. Rakib, a political researcher, has admitted that due to the case of Palestine and Kashmir, migrant Sikhs and Muslims of Pakistan will remain with the Labor Party. He said, 'I think Punjabi Sikhs will vote for the Conservative Party. The remaining couches can go towards the British Indian Lib Dems. ' This time many Indian-origin residents are in the race in the UK general election. It has 25 candidates from the Conservative Party, 13 from Labor, 12 from the Breguit Party and 8 from the Lib Dems.

Boris Johnson supports India

Shekhawat said, 'The Conservative Party paid more attention to the indigenous people of India and made the Pro India promises in its manifesto. At the same time, the Labor Party made such claims which are against India. Boris supports India and if he wins, then maybe he will come to New Delhi first. The votes of British-Indians will also help Agra-born Alok Sharma, who is a candidate of the Conservative Party. He was the man who strongly favored India in the British Parliament over the Kashmir issue.

Hindi song for election campaign

Significantly, according to the 2011 census, the UK had a population of 60 million, of which 2.5 per cent are Indians. The political parties there campaigned to woo the Indians. The Conservative Party had also composed a Hindi song for the election campaign which went viral. Boris Johnson has also been seen visiting temples and gurudwaras many times.
