In Akhnoor Result Firing two Pak Soldiers Killed by Indian Army

The Indian Army has retaliated on the Line of Control (LoC) in Akhnoor sector of Jammu and Kashmir. At least two Pakistani soldiers have been killed in the Indian Army's action on Saturday. Defense sources gave this information.

Defense sources said Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire and violated the ceasefire at the forward posts at Pallanwala and Akhnoor, which was responded to effectively. Sources said that in the morning the Indian Army saw two bodies lying near the LoC. However, due to stressful situation at the border, their physical verification could not be done. He said that cross-border firing is still going on in the area. It is being given a befitting reply from the Indian side.

Meanwhile, the Pakistani Army is continuously violating the ceasefire. On Friday, Pak posts were fired at forward posts and villages along the Line of Control in Poonch district. Pakistani soldiers fired mortar shells. A defense spokesman said that the Indian Army responded to the firing in Mankot sector. It did not reveal any casualties on the Indian side. The defense spokesman said, "At about 7.15 minutes, Pakistan fired with small arms without provocation and fired mortar shells."
