Important News for College Students: 75 Students will Get Tab and 90 will Get Mobile

The state-level digital quizthon competition will be organized online from September 1 to 7 by the Department of College Education. For the three-day competition, registration has to be done by August 26. This registration will also be online. However, regular college students can participate in this. The results will be declared on 10th September.

In each of the three competitions, the best 25 participants will be given a tab each as first prize, 30 participants will be given mobile or any other attractive prize as second prize. Also, a total of 75 first prize tabs and 90-second prize mobiles will be given in the three-day competitions.

Competitions will be held for three days

In this one-week-long digital quizthon, three competitions will be organized on September 1 on Information Technology Revolution and Computers, Information Technology Revolution in Local Governance to Good Governance on September 3, and, on the topic of General Knowledge and Awareness on September 6.

Age required between 17 to 23 years

The competition will be organized under the joint aegis of the Department of Information Technology and Communication (DoIT). However, regular registered students of all state and private higher educational institutions, colleges, universities, polytechnics, and engineering colleges of Rajasthan will be able to participate in this quizthon. For this, the age limit has been fixed from 17 years to 23 years, in which the minimum age of 17 years as of 1 January 2021 and the maximum age of 23 years as of 31 August 2021 will be considered as the basis.

Registration required

To participate in this digital quizthon, it is mandatory for all the interested students to register by visiting the website of the Department of Information Technology and Communication https://doitc.rajasthan.gov.in/. Its information is also available on the website of the College Education Department, Rajasthan https://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/dept/dce/. E-mail id and mobile number are mandatory for registration and only one registration can be done from one e-mail id.

SSO ID Mandatory

Also, it has been made mandatory for all to log in to use their SSO ID to log in. If any students do not have it yet, then get their ID made. You can register for this till 26 August. It's completely free.

Will be on online mode

This digital quizthon will be conducted in online mode and 75 objective-type questions will be asked in the online competition to be held every day. The medium of competition will be the Hindi language. Also, the timing of the exam will be from 12 noon to 1 pm which will be of 1 hour.
