Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandez, who has made her mark in Bollywood, needs no introduction today. She sweats as much as she works on her acting to stay fit and look beautiful. Along with workouts, Jacqueline also follows a strict diet plan.

Achieving a toned body like Jacqueline Fernandez is not an easy task. For this, the actress works hard. To make her body, she takes support from gym to yoga and dance. She believes that workout should not be limited to exercise only. According to media reports, she loves to do kickboxing because it not only makes your upper body strong, but it also keeps your mind busy.
