Idris Elba Disheartened about Being a Part of James bond Franchise

In spite of the fact that he's been for some time supposed for the job, Idris Elba doesn't like  the racial differences  that accompany about being the following James Bond.

The 46-year-old British on-screen character is the top decision for some fans to supplant Daniel Craig after he completes his keep running as the Notorious 007 character with "Bond 25." Elba himself helped fuel the theory that he will be the following James Bond when he tweeted a selfie and stated, "My name's Elba, Idris Elba," reverberating the renowned 007 catchphrases.

Be that as it may, he's since closed down those gossipy tidbits and affirmed he won't be the first black man to play James Bond. Addressing Vanity Fair, the "Hobbs and Shaw" star clarified that he never again likes discussing playing James Bond since it began going inseparably with discussions about his skin shading.

"James Bond is a hugely coveted, iconic, beloved character, that takes audiences on this massive escapism journey," he told the outlet. "Of course, if someone said to me 'Do you want to play James Bond?,' I'd be like, Yeah! That's fascinating to me. But it's not something I've expressed, like, Yeah, I wanna be the black James Bond."

"You just get disheartened," he continued. "When you get people from a generational point of view going, 'It can't be.' And it really turns out to be the color of my skin. And then if I get it and it didn't work, or it did work, would it be because of the color of my skin? That's a difficult position to put myself into when I don't need to."

Elba recently addressed Fox News about the idea of decent variety in film and TV and how he imagines that the needle is moving a bit too gradually. In any case, he recognizes that it's moving.
