The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday released the latest Test rankings. New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson has retained first place in the latest ICC rankings. After scoring 238 runs in the second Test against Pakistan, he moved to the number one spot with 919 points in the Test rankings. It is the best rating point ever achieved by any Kiwi batsman in the Test game. At the same time, Steve Smith, who has scored 131 and 81 runs in both innings of the Sydney Test match against India, has moved to second place, followed by Indian Skipper Virat Kohli in third place.
Rishabh Pant moved to 26th spot:
Indian batsman Cheteshwar Pujara scored 50 runs in the first innings of the Sydney Test and 77 runs in the second innings. He has benefited from these innings and has moved from number 9 to number 8. Meanwhile, Marnus Labuschagne, who is in excellent form, is at the number four spot. At the same time, Indian batsman Rishabh Pant, who scored 36 in the first innings of this Test match and 97 runs in the second innings, has climbed to 26th place, while Indian batsman Ajinkya Rahane has lost one place in the ranking and has reached the 7th place.

Pat Cummins retains the first spot in bowlers’ rankings:
Talking about the bowling rankings, R Ashwin has lost two places and moved to the 9th spot, while Jasprit Bumrah has lost one place to the tenth position. Pat Cummins remains in the first place, while Stuart Broad is at number two. In the bowlers’ rankings, Jose Hazlewood has gained the most and climbed up three places to Number 5. Kagiso Rabada is the only South African bowler in the top-10 and at the number 6 spot.
