Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Friday, on the recent notice given by the Agra District Administration and Uttar Pradesh Child Rights Protection Commission, said that whatever the state government may threaten through its departments, she is the granddaughter of Indira Gandhi and will keep the truth in front of them while performing duty towards the public. She tweeted, ‘My duty as a public servant is for the people of UP, and that duty is to keep the truth in front of them.

No government propaganda is to be kept ahead. The Congress in-charge of Uttar Pradesh said, ‘The Uttar Pradesh government is wasting its time by threatening me with its other departments. Do whatever you want to do, of course. I will keep the truth in front. I am the granddaughter of Indira Gandhi, not an unannounced spokesperson of the BJP like some opposition leaders.’

Priyanka claiming death of 28 people within 48 hours in a medical college in Agra
Significantly, the Uttar Pradesh State Child Rights Protection Commission sent a notice to Priyanka on Thursday for making “misleading” comments on the matter related to the Girl Child Protection Home in Kanpur and sought her reply within three days. The notice states that if she does not deny her post, strict action will be taken against her. A few days ago, the district administration issued notice to Priyanka on the tweet made by Priyanka claiming death of 28 people within 48 hours in a medical college in Agra.
Earlier, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday accused the BJP government of cutting the pockets of the public even during the crisis, due to the continuous increase in the prices of petrol and diesel. She tweeted, ‘Today, the Congress party performed strongly in the whole of Uttar Pradesh. The public is not ready to tolerate this loot. ‘

Why is the public being harassed even in the economic devastation caused by the epidemic?’
Priyanka claimed that during this crisis, the central government has created a history of cutting the pockets of the public. The price of diesel has exceeded the price of petrol, while there is a steep decline in the price of crude oil worldwide. She questioned, ‘Why is the public being harassed even in the economic devastation caused by the epidemic?’
