Hyundai is offering discounts of up to 1 lakh rupees to customers on the purchase of its vehicles. However, you will get this discount only when you buy vehicles online from the official website of Hyundai. Due to the coronavirus lockdown, dealerships have not opened anywhere across the country. Hyundai is selling its vehicles online as well as giving discounts on them. Hyundai has recently launched an online platform 'Click to buy', under which customers can shop for cars online. You will get a discount on Hyundai cars on the official website of the clean company.
Hyundai first launched its Grand i10 in 2013 and it is still available in the market. Initially it was launched with both petrol and diesel engine options and after launching the Grand i10 NIOS discontinued the diesel engine from the Grand i10. Now this car comes with only 1.2 liter petrol engine and it is being given a benefit of an additional Rs 45,000.
Hyundai re-launched its entry-level car Santro in the market in 2018. The company included a 1.1 liter petrol engine that was compliant with BS6 standards. This engine generates power of 69 bhp and torque of 99 Nm. A benefit of Rs 30,000 is being given on the base variants of Santro and up to Rs 40,000 on the higher variants.
Recently Hyundai launched its i20 Elite Premium Hatchback in BS6 avatar and the company has included a 1.2 liter petrol engine. The company will discontinue the 1.4-liter diesel engine and give it a new 1.5-liter unit when it is launched by the festive season. The maximum mileage of Rs 35,000 is being given on the petrol BS6 version.
