In support of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will organize a regional rally on Tuesday at Ramkatha Park in Bangla Bazar area of ​​the capital. Through the rally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will remove the veil from opposition parties regarding the CAA. At the same time, he will also give a befitting reply to the opponents of the CAA through the presence of refugees benefiting from the CAA in the program.

This will be the third rally of BJP in the state against the opposition propaganda about CAA. Muslim women are protesting against the CAA at Ghantaghar Park in the capital. Therefore, the BJP has made a complete arrangement to support its CAA rally and expose the lies of the opponents. The rally will also have refugees benefiting from the CAA to tease the opposition parties, some of whom will also greet Amit Shah. Apart from Amit Shah, the rally will be addressed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP State President Swatantra Dev Singh and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dr. Dinesh Sharma. All BJP leaders, MPs, MLAs and activists of Awadh region will participate in this rally

Preparations for the rally have been completed. The state's general secretary (organization), Sunil Bansal, took the reins of its preparations. On Monday, he inspected the rally venue and held a meeting to finalize preparations. The meeting was attended by JPS Rathore, in-charge of Awadh region, State Minister Anoop Gupta, Regional President Suresh Tiwari, Urban Development Minister Ashutosh Tandon, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Swati Singh, Minister of State Mohsin Raza and all key people involved in arranging the rally.

Earlier, the BJP had held a rally in Varanasi on January 18 and Gorakhpur on 19th in support of the CAA. The Lucknow rally will be followed by regional rallies in Meerut and Kanpur on 22 January. Union Minister of Defense Rajnath Singh will address the rally in Meerut and Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar will address the rally in Kanpur. BJP National President JP Nadda will be the keynote speaker at the regional rally to be held in Agra on January 23.
