Direct competition on the market will be with Bajaj Pulsar NS160 and TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. The Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by a 160cc air-cooled engine, which generates 15 bhp of power and 14 Nm of peak torque.

The Pulsar NS160 is powered by a 160.3cc engine, which generates 17 bhp power and 14.6 Nm torque.

Apache RTR 160 4V has a 159.7cc engine, which generates 15.8bhp power and 14.12 Nm torque.

Based on the data, the Pulsar NS160 is the most powerful among these three bikes.

The Xtreme 160R comes in single-disc and double-disc variants. Both variants have a 276 mm disc brake at the front. At the same time, dual disc variants have 220 mm disc brakes in the rear, while single disc variants have 130 mm drum brakes in the rear.

The Pulsar NS160 comes in only one variant, with 260 mm disc brakes at the front and 230 mm at the rear.

The Apache RTR 160 4V also comes in two variants: disc and drum. Both variants have a 270mm disc brake at the front. At the same time, the drum variant has 130mm drum brakes at the rear and the disc variant has 200mm disc brakes at the rear. All three bikes are equipped with single-channel ABS.

At the same time, the Apache RTR 160 4V has a length of 2035 mm, width 790 mm, height 1050 mm and wheelbase 1357 mm. The RTR 160 4V has a seat height of 800 mm and ground clearance of 180 mm.

Apache has the highest length and ground clearance among these three.

The pulsar is the widest and highest. At the same time, Hero's Extreme 160R has the lowest seat height.

The price of a single-disc variant of Hero Extreme 160R is Rs 99,950 and that of the double-disc variant is Rs 1.03 lakh.

The Pulsar NS160R has priced at Rs 1.06 lakh.

At the same time, the drum variant of the Apache RTR 160 4V bike is priced at Rs 1.03 lakh the disc variant is 1.06 lakh. The price is ex-showroom Delhi.
