The hearing on the bail plea of ​​Ashish Mishra, the main accused in Lakhimpur violence and son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni, has been postponed. Now the next hearing has been fixed for November 3. on October 21, the bail petition of Ashish Mishra was filed in the court of the District Judge. District Judge Mukesh Mishra had given the date of 28 October for the hearing today. Now on November 3, it will be decided whether Ashish will remain in jail or come out.

Dr. Arvind Chaurasia, the district's DM, had been transferred earlier this week after 25 days of unrest. In his place, the government has given IAS Mahendra Bahadur Singh command of Lakhimpur. The government reassigned ten IAS officers and nine IPS officers late at night.

Ashish is Suffering from Dengue, Treatment is going on

When the police detained Ashish on October 9 and the SIT remanded him, he was diagnosed with dengue fever. He is receiving treatment at the district hospital. At the same time, Ashish's blood sugar has risen. Ashish's lawyer will also make a bail request to the judge on this basis.

SIT has got Remand of five Accused

The SIT has also got the remand of five other accused arrested from the court on Wednesday. Sumit Jaiswal, Nandan Singh Vishray, Satyam Tripathi, and Shishupal have been ordered to be held on remand for another two days. At the same time, another accused has been ordered to be held for three days. Police will take all these on remand from Thursday.

13 People have been Arrested

So far 13 people have been arrested in the case. The main accused in this include Ashish Mishra, Ankit Das, Latif alias Kale, Shekhar, Lavkush, Ashish Pandey, Sumit Jaiswal Modi, Satyam Tripathi, Nandan Singh, Shishupal.

Violence Broke out in Lakhimpur on October 3

On October 3, farmers had shown black flags protesting against Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra. During this, a car had crushed the farmers. Four farmers were killed in this and violence broke out. It is alleged that during the violence, four people, including a driver, were beaten to death by the farmers. A journalist was also killed in this. In this case, a case of murder and criminal conspiracy was registered against 15 people including Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni.
