Case of defamation does not arise, says Nawab Malik

Earlier, Nawab Malik gave his reply to the Bombay High Court on the defamation suit filed by Dhyandev Wankhede. Nawab Malik has appealed to the court that the defamation case should be dismissed. Malik argues that the plaintiff i.e. Dhyandev has not given any evidence in support of his allegations. At the same time, Malik has said about his own statement that whatever he has said, he has said it on the basis of documents and evidence. Thus, the case of defamation does not arise.

But later got the post from the Scheduled Caste quota by making fake caste certificates and forged documents. Also, Nawab Malik has told that the full name of Sameer Wankhede is Sameer Dawood Wankhede. At the same time, Sameer Wankhede's father Dhyandev Wankhede has appealed in the Bombay High Court that Nawab Malik should be banned from presenting reports about his family on social media.
