1 red onion

2 cups Roma tomato

1 ⅓ cup cheese

2 cups salad leaves

Black salt as per taste

⅔ cup dried tomatoes (sun-dried)

⅔ cup pitted black olive

4 cucumber

Oregano as required

2 tablespoons extra virgin oil

 Step 1:

To make this salad, first of all add some chopped dried tomatoes in a bowl and set it aside in a separate bowl. Keep in mind that the oil released from dried tomatoes is preserved.

 Step 2:

Now cut cucumbers, red onion, chopped Roma tomatoes, chopped lettuce and cheese. Keep all these ingredients aside in a bowl.

 Step 3:

Now add dried tomatoes, extra virgin oil, black pitted olive, black salt, oregano, cucumber, red onion, Roma tomatoes and lettuce leaves in a large bowl and mix well.

 Step 4:

Finally, by sprinkling the cheese on it, keep this salad in the refrigerator for half an hour and then serve it.
