The well-known cardiologists of SMS Hospital and other hospitals, it was found that more cases of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), ventricular tachycardia (VT), and clot formation have been found in Rajasthan. The arteries present in the legs become blood clots. This condition is called DVT. He said that there have been many cases of DVT in post covid patients.

Most of the cases of VT are coming to the fore in the youth

Cases of ventricular tachycardia (VT) are also coming to the fore. In this, the person does not get a chance to reach the hospital. In this condition, people face problems like chest pain, fainting, dizziness, shortness of breath, dizziness, vomiting, nervousness. In the case of VT, the person does not even get time to reach the hospital and dies in no time. Most of the cases of VT are coming to the fore in the youth at this time. After Covid, many other types of tension have started troubling people including job loss, career advancement. Due to this blood pressure is not maintained.

Interventional Cardiologist, Jaipur Heart Institute, Jaipur Hospital, Dr. GL Sharma said that cases of clot formation have started appearing more in people who have recovered from Kovid. In this, the blood of the person's body starts thickening, due to which the process of clot formation in the blood starts happening faster. For this reason, there is a complaint of heart failure. Dr. Sharma said that after Kovid, 30 to 40 age groups have seen this increase in such cases. He said that to avoid this condition, people should do regular exercise.

According to experts, if possible, walk at least 3-4 kilometers daily. Apart from this, take part in some sports activities during the day like cycling, cricket, badminton, playing football, etc. With more and more movement of the body, the heart works faster and the pumping speed is good. At the same time, take special care of food and drink. Along with taking less oil and greasiness in the food, take fresh fruits and fruits as much as possible.
