For this, you put tempering on top of the vegetable. Take some oil or ghee. Add cumin and asafoetida in it or add Kashmiri red chilies only in ghee and temper the vegetable on top. This will bring complete color to the vegetable. If you are feeling more oil in the vegetable, then let the vegetable cool for a while without stirring it. Now all the oil will come up. Remove it with the help of a spoon. However, by doing this, salt, pepper, and spices can be reduced in the vegetable. Which you taste and increase it.

2- How to reduce salt from the vegetable– If there is more salt in the vegetable, then you can add some roasted gram flour to it. This will reduce the salt.
