HDFC BANK’S NEW MOBILE APP CONTINUE TO REMAIN UNFIXED

Almost seven days after HDFC Bank's new mobile application malfunctioned, several users are still unable to use its internet banking service.

HDFC Bank customer complaining about the updated mobile application last week. the application was pulled from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on December 1.

Customers facing problem continuously and unable to use the application since it was updated. It was said: " sorry, we are experiencing high traffic on our servers. Please try again after some time."

HDFC Bank has said it is working to resolve the issue at the earliest.

As if now, there is no mobile banking app available to the bank's customers. the older version of the app has also not been uploaded by the bank.

The new app was launched at the bank's annual Digital Innovation Summit 2018 in New Delhi last week.

In the meanwhile, the bank has advised customers to use other HDFC Bank services such as internet banking, PayZapp, mobile banking. The bank has also said the customers using the older version could continue to use the service.

The bank through its Twitter handle had on November 29 issued a statement saying user, who moved to the app's new version and deleted the old one, will not able to use the mobile banking till further notice. The reason is not revealed yet why the mobile application is malfunctioned.
