Kiran Gosavi's bodyguard's affidavit in Aryan Khan drug case has stirred up. As soon as this came to the fore, NCB director Sameer Wankhede has come under the scanner. Now, filmmaker, Hansal Mehta has demanded that Sameer Wankhede should resign till he is proved innocent of the charges levelled against him.

Hansal wrote in a post- "Sameer Wankhede should resign till these serious allegations are dismissed. Why should only those who have been arrested be given the responsibility of proving innocence."

The twist in the case surfaced on Sunday

A witness in the Aryan Khan drugs case has alleged that Wankhede got him to sign 9-10 blank pages and he also heard murmurs of big transactions. A video of witness Prabhakar's Cell, in which he said that he was the driver of KP Gosavi, surfaced online on Sunday. Gosavi is the same person whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral after he was detained by NCB.

Prabhakar cell has claimed that he is afraid of 'Wankhede'. He also said in the video that he was with KP Gosavi on the night the raid took place and the NCB officials had taken his signatures on blank papers.

Hansal is in support of Shahrukh

Earlier, Hansal had extended his support for Aryan and his father Shah Rukh Khan. He said- "It is painful for a parent to deal with a child in trouble. It gets complicated when people start making decisions before the law. It is disrespectful and unfair to the parent-child relationship".

Aryan was arrested on 3 October on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai after the NCB busted an alleged drug. Aryan has not been granted bail in this case.
