The delicious and fragrant Gulab Sharbat is a favorite of all. If you come from outside in the summer time, immediately take out the bottle in the freeze and make a rose syrup and drink it.

Servings: 5 people

Ingredients:

30 red roses

5 cups sugar

5 cups of water

1 beetroot

20 basil leaves

20 mint leaves

20 coriander leaves

4 lemons

  1. To make Gulab Sharbat, first take the leaves of rose and wash it thoroughly in water and clean it. Now dry them by placing them on a cloth. Put the dried leaves in the grinder as well as add some hot water. Now grind the leaves in a grinder and prepare a mixture.
  2. Take out the juice of the rose leaves in a bowl. Now put beetroot pieces, coriander, mint and basil leaves in the grinder and grind it well.
  3. Put the ground mixture in water and keep it on the gas for boiling. After boiling, filter the mixture with a sieve and keep it in a bowl.
  4. Now put water and sugar in a vessel and keep it on the gas for boiling. Now turn off the gas and wait for the sugar syrup to cool down.
  5. When the syrup is cold, add the mixture of the two made juices to it and mix it as well as extract the lemon juice and add it.
  6. Keep this mixture covered for some time. Your delicious Gulab Sharbat is ready in no time. Fill it in the bottle and keep it in freeze and use it according to your need.
