Now the National Herald Case Will Be Heard on February 1

Delhi court on Saturday adjourned the hearing on the National Herald case as Judge Vishal Pahuja was on leave. In this case, the next date of hearing has been fixed as February 1.

Subramanian Swamy, a Rajya Sabha member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, has gone to court on this whole matter. In fact, he filed a trial court petition in the year 2012 complaining that Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi had fraudulently taken over the acquisition of Associated Journals Limited. Associated Journals Limited was a publishing company of the National Herald.

At the same time, it is alleged that the Congress Party had given a loan of Rs 90 crore to the Associated Journals Limited Company without any interest. After this, Young India bought the property of the National Herald for just Rs 50 lakhs, which was worth about Rs 1600 crores.

On this, BJP leader Swamy alleged that the Herald's property has been misused. Subramanian Swamy had filed a case of tax evasion and fraud against Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.
